On April 14th, from 2-4pm, culinary historian Carrie Tillie will take us on an adventurous journey that explains the rich history, ingenious innovations, and market forces that helped shape our modern dining table. This will be a zoom meeting.
Membership is open to individuals, households, and organizations. Individual and household members are eligible to vote, hold office, and serve on committees.
CHoW/DC publishes CHoW Line 8 times each year. The newsletter contains information about upcoming speakers, articles of historic interest, events, publications, and news of the organization’s members and activities.
Meetings are usually held on the second Sunday of each month, September through May, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m
